At the Plastics Industry Cluster Achievements Expo, we presented the unique capabilities and advanced technologies of metal 3D printing systems, while addressing long-standing pain points in the mold industry through innovative applications of metal powders. Backed by years of R&D expertise, we successfully achieved industry-leading SUS420 quality at the highest performance level, ensuring exceptional mold strength and precision that meet the most demanding standards.

The true driver of this leap in efficiency lies in conformal cooling channel designs, achievable only through metal 3D printing. Unlike conventional machining methods limited to straight-line drilling, our technology enables cooling channels that precisely follow mold geometries, allowing heat generated during plastic injection molding to be removed rapidly and uniformly. Proven results show that overall molding cycle times can be reduced by up to 32%, significantly lowering manufacturing costs while greatly enhancing production efficiency and market responsiveness.

Our applications extend far beyond a single industry. From conformal cooling design, mold development, and plastic injection molding, to high-precision micro and thin-wall components and optical mold inserts, and further into high-barrier sectors such as defense, aerospace, and emerging fields like humanoid robotics, we deliver practical, scalable solutions tailored to real-world needs.
